It seems well built and put together, but it hasn't had much power splitting even medium logs.
This splitter handles tough, knotty oak with ease. It works well for large logs, is sturdy, and makes wood splitting much easier. Great performance overall.

I didn’t think an electric log splitter would work this well, but it does. Logs can fly off, so stay clear, wear goggles, and use caution.

I haven’t used the machine yet, but I checked and tightened all the hardware. The instructions were a bit hard to follow, but it arrived much sooner than expected.
Holding the power switch down is inconvenient. You need one hand free to steady the wood while splitting.
So far so good. I tried splitting some 16" sweet gum, which is very hard wood, and it went through it easily. Quick to unpack and assemble. Great value for the price.
